The OLFA CHN-1 Chenille/Textile Cutter is an easy-to-use specialty cutter, perfect for all kinds of do-it-yourself projects. Add beautiful texture and dimension to your textile work. This handy tool uses four "feet" as guides to create chenille in different widths, varying from narrow to wide. The ultimate OLFA chenille cutter can cut through 4-8 layers of fabric. 

Use the ratchet dial to expose a fresh blade edge to continue your project without stopping. This OLFA rotary cutter comes pre-loaded with the CHB blade that has 24 edges. It is perfect for fabric cutting or as a quilting tool.
